Introducing Ensemble Helper
Seating Charts and Attendance Built for Music Directors
Ensemble Helper starts with flexible seating charts and attendance tracking, using the same ensemble roster so directors do not have to update student information in multiple places. Build the foundation now with Seating Charts and Attendance, then add future director tools as new modules are released. For a limited time, the Attendance module is included free.
Seating Charts
Seating Charts are the core of Ensemble Helper. Build flexible layouts for real ensemble setups, including rows, arcs, sections, and percussion, then adjust them quickly as your roster changes. Directors can use charts for rehearsal planning, classroom organization, presentation, printing, and sharing.
Attendance Tracking
Take attendance quickly for rehearsals, sectionals, and performances. See who is present, absent, or late so you can spend less time tracking and more time teaching. If you use a Smartboard, it is even more powerful.
Shared Roster
Create single ensemble roster for each of you ensembles and use it across Seating Charts, Attendance, and future Ensemble Helper modules. When student information changes, update it once instead of rebuilding the same list in multiple places.
