Leadership Credits for Your Music Program
Recognize the work students choose to do beyond their regular rehearsal responsibilities. Leadership gives directors a flexible way to record achievements, extra service hours, events, and other contributions using the same student information already connected to their ensembles.
Your categories, your credit system
Start with the categories that make sense for your program, then add, remove, or adjust them whenever your expectations change. Assign a weight to each entry and Leadership calculates credits as students build a history of service, events, and achievements over time.
Recognize contributions throughout the year
Use your categories to recognize contributions such as helping with equipment, supporting a program event, or completing extra service hours. Choose what counts for your program and record those contributions consistently as they happen.
Leadership uses the student information connected to your ensemble rosters, helping you keep a student’s contributions together without maintaining another separate student list.
Included in your Ensemble Helper subscription
